I am fully trained and qualified to use pregnancy massage techniques and positions to ensure that you and your baby are safe and comfortable. Abdomen is not massaged unless requested.
This is a very relaxing massage which can help to reduce stress and promote relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing. It can also help to enhance circulation, improve sleep and assists with digestion.
This massage is suitable after the first trimester although there are some instances when pregnancy massage is not advisable, therefore, it is best practice that you obtain consent from your GP/midwife.
